Four Spring Fashion Trends

Spring
The official start of spring – March 20 – is less than two weeks away, and the spring-like weather is making an appearance. Though I’m a little upset DC did not get the big snow day I was crossing my fingers for, I am so ready for warmer weather and more time in the sun.
There are a few trends that are getting a lot of attention for the spring season. So, I wanted to share with you four top trends and a few of my favorite pieces for each of these trends.

Peep Toe Booties

Floral Prints

Knox Rose Floral Blouse with Tassel Tie Back, $28 | Merona Floral Pleat Front Top, $18 | Sun & Shadow Print Smocked Skirt, $45 | Venus Floral Surplice Top, $29

Showing Off the Shoulder

Lush Surplice Cold Shoulder Blouse, $45 | BP Off the Shoulder Top, $25 | BP Off the Shoulder Tunic, $45 | Ella Moss Cold Shoulder Top, $148

Stripes

Free People Upstate Stripe Tee, $68 | Mossimo Striped Tank, $17 | Anthropologie Fiesta Striped Skirt, $138 | Anthropologie Sullivan Stripe Top, $78

I’m also seeing a lot of ruffles, flared jeans and embroidery in spring collections. Yellow will be a popular color as well as the continued focus on pastels and neutrals. If you are looking for some pieces to aid your transition into the spring season, see what a few of my favorite neutral accessories are for changing seasons.

Is one of my top four trends your favorite? Or do you have another trend you are excited about for this spring season? I’d love to hear about it.

Cheers and thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!

Great picks! I’m definitely loving all the embroidered pieces out there. OTS looks like it’s here to stay. And loving yellow right now. Pom Pom accessories are another trend I am drawn to right now. Thanks for sharing Sarah. Have a great weekend. 😊

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
