Hi friends! Today I am sharing my favorite home workout videos. I have been doing YouTube workouts for the past five years, in addition to my normal workout routine. There are a TON of workouts on YouTube, which is great, but also slightly overwhelming. Since it is so easy venture into a black hole on YouTube (and not surface until an hour later.. is it just me!?), I am sharing my ultimate workout videos for those days you are stuck at home and could use a little fat-burning in your life.
The best YouTube workout videos don’t require any equipment or weights. These ones can be quickly done because there is no set up and you can even do them while traveling. These workout videos also offer some variety from my normal routine because I do not often use my own weight resistance while at the gym.
Now, here are my ultimate home workout videos. But warning: these videos will definitely make you feel your muscles burn!!

When life is fitnextra busy sticking to a workout schedule can be a struggle, which I vented about earlier this year. Lately, for me, wedding planning has taken away extra time in my days when I would normally workout. Some days it’s hard to get to the gym on time or at a reasonable hour. Other times certain things at home need to be dealt with (hello laundry!) and it can be hard to get out of the house.
I have gone through phases in my life when working out at home just feels necessary. So, I really hope this is helpful for you, if you are in a period of your life when getting to the gym five times a week is not realistic.
