We are one month into spring, and I guess it is better late than never to share my bucket list for this spring! I actually made this list last month to feel inspired to do some fun and timely spring things. In all honesty, I have a couple other to-do lists full of much more boring, adulting and home improvement things (hello taxes and my never-ending powder room project). In fact, it's because of those to-do lists that I am just now sharing this bucket list. But, I digress! If you're feeling in a rut or looking for ideas of things to do this spring, I hope this list gives you a little inspiration to do something new or a different during this beautiful season.
Springtime is here and for obvious reasons I am feeling much more hopeful this year compared to last year! The vaccine progress is promising and the thought of getting back to normal social activities is quickly seeming less like a pipe dream. So with that, I have been feeling inspired to update my wardrobe for spring. I put my joggers and leggings aside and assessed the staples I have and don’t have in my closet. After a thorough analysis, I realized what pieces I own that are essential for creating spring outfits. These are classic pieces I will always own, and wanted to share them with you for a little inspiration. So, here are the classic fashion essentials you need for spring!
Old Town Alexandria is known for its old world charm, and I feel lucky to again live just a few miles from the historic area. Since spring is a time when many of us are breaking out of our homes and finding things to do, I figure there’s no better time than now to share my favorite fun activities in Old Town Alexandria. Many of these activities are free or low cost and can be done year-round!
