Social distancing is in FULL swing, so I figure there is no better time than now to share what I'm wearing on repeat these days. I call it my stay home style! Wearing these items makes me feel comfortable but still put together, which definitely makes a difference in my mindset these days. In addition to wearing things I love there are a few other things I'm trying to integrate into each day to keep my mindset positive. I share those at the bottom!
Taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves and even speaking positively of ourselves can be extra hard in age when comparison and self-criticism are at the forefront. For the bad days, when negative thoughts are in the driver's seat, having a way to reset can be extremely beneficial for our mental health. That is where a self care kit comes in. I've used the things in my self care kit for years, but only recently did I go through the process of "building" a self care kit.
