The Scoop on FabFitFun

Overall, I loved this year’s fall box! Based on the items I selected the total value for my box is $324.98. I love the mix of beauty products and practical, fun pieces like the umbrella. I am also really looking forward to using the French press!

As I showed with the select choice products, annual subscribers get the perk of picking out all the contents of their FabFitFun box. Regular members can only pick a few things and everything else is random.

To become an annual subscriber you pay $179.99 for the year, which equates to $45 for each box instead of the standard $49.99 per box. In addition to the box and all its contents, subscribers get access to beauty tips, workout videos and coupon codes for the box’s featured brands.

Inside FabFitFun’s Summer Box

what's inside the FabFitFun summer box

Hi friends!

Summer officially began last week, and with perfect timing arrived my FabFitFun Summer box. I have talked about this subscription box a couple times before, but if you haven’t heard of it you may be surprised with what a great value it is! I love getting a few fun seasonal items in the mail that I would not think to buy for myself and/or are from brands I have not yet heard about.

Cargo HD Picture Perfect Highlighter in Bronze, $30

Highlighters are hot this year, and this was on my list of things to purchase. This one does not disappoint – I’m already in love with how shimmery and silky it is!

Way of Will Post Training Massage Oil, $29.50

I opted for a fitness themed item and got this post-workout massage oil. The oil is a mix of peppermint oil, chamomile oil, and lemongrass oil. I have used peppermint oil for pain management before, so I’m excited to try this!

BKR Bottle in Rosie, $35

This 16 ounce bottle is dishwasher safe, and the silicone is BPA and phthalate free, too.

Understated Leather Travel Set, $28

I also opted for a travel themed item, instead of the artist and chef items, and I got this awesome, rose gold leather travel set. It includes a luggage tag and passport holder.

Juice Beauty Smoothing Eye Concentrate, $29

I had not heard of the Juice Beauty brand but I’m excited to try this product. The formulas is organic and the product has a subtle green apple scent!

Kris Nations Mystic Bar Necklace, $58

This necklace is adjustable in length, from 16″ to 18″. It looks great paired with other neutral or colorful necklaces.

Avene Eau Thermale Ultra-Light Hydrating Sunscreen Lotion, $24

This is another brand I’m not familiar with, but with an initial try it works nicely under my makeup. The formula is fragrance, paraben, and oil free, too!

Michael Stars Ruana, $54

This ruana is a multi-use product that can work as a scarf, sarong, or wrap! It may be my favorite item in this season’s box (I can’t decide yet!). And I can’t wait to wear it at the beach next week.

The total value of my box is $287.50. I think that’s pretty impressive given the high quality of the products included and the low cost of each box. If you would like to try this out or gift a FabFitFun box to a friend, the cost for one box is $49.99. If you buy an annual subscription, the cost per box is $45, and you get to pick which types of themed items you’ll receive (like a beauty item vs. a fitness item).

Inside FabFitFun’s Spring Box

Spring has finally sprung! In good timing, my FabFitFun spring box arrived on Saturday. It includes some great products that I’m super excited to try out, and I figure you may be curious to see what was inside.

If you’re unfamiliar with FabFitFun, it’s a subscription box that delivers products to your doorstep each season of the year. The products are trendy and well-timed. You can get more of my thoughts on the program in my initial FabFitFun review.

Here is a look at what was inside my spring box.

  1. Emerald Duv “Joshua Tree” Cage Bracelet ($80)
  2. Karuna Hydrating+ Face Mask ($24)
    • I’m hoping this helps refresh my dry face after the harsh, cold winter air took a beating on me!
  3. Milly Zip Pouch (different color; $45)
    • This waterproof pouch is perfect for putting your wet bathing suit in or anything you want to keep dry.
  4. Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion Age Defying Exfoliator ($79)
  5. Briogeo Rosarco Milk Reparative Leave-In Conditioning Spray ($20)
  6. Gypsy 05 Roundie ($50)
    • I’m looking forward to using this at the beach or for a picnic.
  7. Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish in Blue Orchid and Like a Virgin ($19)
    • These colors couldn’t be more perfect for spring and summer!
  8. RealHer Lip Kit in Deep Red ($48)

It amazes me that the total value of my box was $369. FabFitFun really gives you some great deals. I also just love having things picked out for me that I noramlly wouldn’t spend money on or products from brands I wouldn’t otherwise know about.
