Super Strawberry Cream Pops

I know. Summer is winding down. Cue all the excitement for fall (yayyy!). But, before it arrives, I need to share what is perhaps the best recipe I came up with this summer.. if you can even call it that. These super strawberry cream pops are seriously delicious. I have made a few batches this summer, and I feel like the recipe is finally perfect! If you enjoy a creamy, fruity popsicle, you’ve got to try this easy little recipe.

Ingredients

  • splash of whole milk
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (We *LOVE* Aldi’s organic vanilla bean greek yogurt!)
  • 1 carton strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam

Of course, you’ll need a blender and popsicle molds, too. I recommend using popsicle molds that are BPA-free and can go in the dishwasher. The ones we use and love! are shown below and you can click on the picture to shop them.

  1. Pour strawberries, splash of milk, yogurt and strawberry jam into your blender.
  2. Blend for a minute.
  3. Stir and check consistency. It should be soupy, not too thick.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
  5. Wait at least 4 hours and enjoy!

YIELD: This recipe makes enough for six cream pops. Sometimes there’s a little extra!

Of course, you can enjoy these cream pops year round, but my favorite time to have one is at the end of a long, hot summers day. They’re just so refreshing. I also recommend saving and using this recipe with fruit you won’t be able to eat before it goes bad. Right before we left for a trip last week, I made a batch with strawberries we didn’t get around to eating. It’s so, nice to come home to them.
